At start, sorry my english is horrible but i looking for help and try best i can.


I have bought bv6000 1 week ago (produce date 28-07-2016) but i have problem with applications and programic settings.

After change somthing in programic settings (like only 1 application work in 1 time) they are reset to default after phone restart.

When i install any application from play store i cant use them before phone restart. I get notifications like you phone is not able to use this application or application is stopped if i want use them after instalation. After phone restart all installed aplications before restart work well.

Sometimes for short time when i restart phone i get notice "system proces is not responding" but after click broke or wait phone work normally.

I try back to factory default settings, lastest soft update and i still have this same problem.

What changes your put in the programic setting ?
Before change , your device work well ?

My BV6000 is also exhibiting software errors. Of course the 'phone is working well when fresh out of the box, there is nothing to go wrong but bare Android with a few selected apps.

So far, Strava and Google Fit are installed with the latest version but both crash shortly after use (Google Fit cannot finish initialising even. Anyone got these Apps working?

My devices also does this out of the box, no updates, no flashes, no modified settings. Usually a restart resolves the issue. But a few apps appear to not be able to be installed and will crash endlessly, and after a restart delete themselves.

Mozilla Firefox is the worst for me. Had to resort to chrome.
