BV6000 uninstall "rooted" funktion

Mon Aug 15, 2016 7:15 pm

Dear Support!

I have bought an Blackview BV6000 phone. These phone is "rooted". The company software, what I must to use, don't run in "rooted" phones.
How can I delete or uninstall my phone without "rooted" funktion?

The Root Status App make a following message:
Status Code: 10
Root Cause: /system/xbin/su : Name of file: su

Thank for Reply!

Admin, they are asking how to unroot the phone, not how to root it.

OP, I havent taken ownership of my bv6000 yet, picking it up later today. But generally an app like KingRoot (Google search it) can be installed on a device and uninstall the root. (As well as root some phones)

Hi,
The rom we provide is just to update the firmware, it doesn't mean to root your phone.

Someone posted in another thread that the firmware upgrades had wrong debugging flags set so that some tools think the phone is rooted although it isn't.
