BV 60 power adaptor

My second BV 6000 comes with the BV 60 power adaptor. My USB tester show me 12,4 V. 9V should be ok, but 12?
Unfortunately the USB cable was an Blackview standard cable and not an BV6000, is that an mistake in the factory?

First picture with an cutted BV5000 cable.
Second is the delivered wrong cable, seller tould me "we send the official standard data cable".

Hi,
I have the exact same charger and cable. I also measure ~12V after a minute of charge. So far no problem.
From my research, 12v is consistent with the Quick Charge 2.0 norm.
