this looks like the problem I have: http://bbs.blackview.hk/viewtopic.php?f=142&t=42024. Except that your gyro seems to "jump" in addition. I also have the gyros swapped. And looks like another user had the same problem.

Pitch and roll ARE swapped! ... YES, this is exactly what you see.
This is very wrong, somebody aligned and soldered the sensor incorrectly on the motherboard in the production line. I don't believe a software patch can fix this, if only a small production run have this problem then a patch will FU the rest of the phones and a small potion will be fixed.This is a manufacturing defect, demand a refund.

If it's true there might a solution without returning all the phones: Write a firmware that gives an option to swap the axes. Users not affected can ignore it while we could select it. If it's even possible... (currently there's nothing such, not even with the mtk engineering mode)

It's a gyroscope driver issue, and has been fixed in new firmware after Jul 13. Waiting for upcoming ROM updating.

Even if this is true, there is no need to send it back. It would be enough (as my upstairs neighbor) to provide the flash file that would reverse the order of the gyro! That way, if you turn the phone on the left, the file that it activates the left rotation .. For there, when one rotates left, the gyroscope is as if one was down the phone!

Your phone are perfect, but i can't return it .. I'm french so it cost to me few euros!

Following a complaint paypal, I just access the full repayment of the phone but I have to return it at my expense. Being French, with the purchase of the phone and referral (if I reference) it would make me € 50 spent for nothing ..
So please, can you correct this problem of its video and gyroscope with a local OTA before August 2nd? ... Otherwise I would be forced to return it and you'll lose a client ..
