SIM not working

Hi,

I have a problem with the phone not recognizing my SIM card correctly. At first it worked for a few seconds but since then I only get "no service" with no GSM or LTE network (no network at all). The phone knows there's a SIM and also can show some information about it. Deactivating and activing the SIM might freeze the phone for a while, also trying to set or unset a PIN for the SIM. I also can't scan for networks (it shows an error message after a while). It's like it cannot communicate correctly with the SIM. The IMEIs are set.
I tried both slots, also rebooting. Didn't work.
The SIM works correct in another phone.

What can I do? Or do I have a hardware failure?

I'm using the latest firmware ...V01_20160630.

Hello. I'm having the same problem. Unable to receive a cellular service. SIM card works fine in another phone, but in my new bv6000 I get a gray'd out triangle(no LTE). Already downloaded new firmware via wifi and no fix.

This is a firmware that need to be installed via local update.
