[size=85][size=120]I've my BV 6000 over a year now and very happy with it. But today I got an Launcher3 error “launcher3 stops”. I can click it away, but it still comes back. I can’t do anything else. [font=Arial][size=120]A soft reset doesn’t help.

And when I try a hard reset I get the blackview logo and then a android logo with a warnsymbol and the text “no command”. I can’t select anything, it doesn’t react on any command. Yeah, when I push the powerbutton it starts up again like nothing happened (but the problem still exists). And when I do nothing the device also starts up again with no change…

Just launch a factory reset (=hard reset) from the settings menu. No need to enter into recovery mode!
