shortcut mobile data

Hello,
I just ordered a Blackview BV6000. Unfortunately, I do not have the shortcut to enable and disable mobile data. Is this a bug on my phone or is it a standard configuration?

Hi there! You'll have to configure the drop down menu settings to include such shortcut  ;)
