Charging problems and headphones

Thu Jan 04, 2018 3:21 pm

Good morning, I'm having problems with my 6000. I do not connect the headphones to use my hands free, it's more I already broke the plug tab so much to insist. Another problem is the loading of the batreria, the connector is connected and disconnected continuously and does not load anything. Please request urgent help. I use the phone to work and it's hurting me. regards

Change the charger/signal cable and buy new original jack headphones or bluetooth headphones.

For the headphones, you can use any headphones on it, just buy a few spare connectors as per the link below.

or better quality...

As for the charging problem, the cord which comes with the phone will intermittently cut off and on when it get's worn. They don't last long. Below is a link to the BV6000 data cable. For some reason, you need to get one specifically for the BV6000. I bought a few 9mm micro usb cables to charge the phone with, and while the phone does eventually charge with these it takes a long time. I've ordered a couple of the below cables so I'm hoping they will do the job like the original one.

I should add that Blackview has done something to the charging port on these phones so they only accept Blackview Cables.

This phone simply will not charge using another cable, even using the adapter. I've got 43 cables here and not a single one will charge the phone in less than 12 hours. The original cable charges it in about 2 to 3 hours tops.

Any clues as to what has been manipulated in Blackview phones to cause this to happen?

I have no charging problem with any cable. Every single cable I tried (2 mm cut or with an adapter) works a the same speed. Even my old Nokia USB adapter charge the phone in around 6 hours.

They will not work on mine. Very slow indeed. If your phone is taking 6 hours to charge then there is probably something wrong with your phone as well! I have heard several people say the same thing about this phone.

Blackview Admin! Can you comment?

It's totally normal, this old charger can't deliver the same wattage. I use at night, to spare the battery. My car charger, my power bank or the original adapter charge the phone in around 2h, no matter the cable I use.

Blackview Admin, maybe you can tell why this happens?
Only the original cord will work on my phone. The rest take forever.

I could not possibly be the only one, I've heard this problem exists many times!!

Is it possible my usb module is faulty?

Does the Blackview team still check this forum??????
