I have replaced the rear cover including speaker and found the following problem after assembling the phone. The phone doesn't reboot properly and the side buttons are not mapping correctly on reboot. The buttons change function arbitrarily during successive button test attempts. Any experience with this?

I never heard about this issue but I suggest to re-open the pjone and check if some connection is bad or somesing short circuited by an other part
