Hello, I recently purchased a blackview bv6000. After working normally for weeks, the cellphone started off suddenly. I put on charge, the cell phone started to warm up and hung up. I couldn't turn on the phone again.
I've also contacted Blackview and you recommended that i purchase another battery. I've followed your videos on YouTube on how to replace a battery, and after turning on, the phone was functioning normally. Shortly after beginning to charge, instead of charging, the battery died off and now the phone will not turn on. I need some indication as to what my next steps should be.

- is the cable working correct?
- Is it possible to charge the phone if it is turned off?
- Is it possible to charge after flashing the latest firmware and making a factory reset*?
- is the phone starting with the old battery?
- Is it possible to charge again after deeply discharge the battery (let the phone go off from empty battery, try to start again, maybe wait some days)

*wipe data/factory reset in recovery (this will delete your data/settings):
- Power off and then press Power and Volume-up together for around 10 Seconds
- be sure that the little arrow point on recovery (select with volume up, enter with volume down)
- Then the open android with red triangle+"no command" is shown - press Power and Volume up together again
- Select Wipe data/factory reset with volume keys, confirm with power
- After factory reset select reboot system now
