Just received my BV600 and apart from a quick start guide, which seems generic, there are no instructions for using the phone. I cannot get the phone to recognise my sim and it does not seem to fit properly in the 'holder'. Do you have any instructions or pictures of how the sim should be inserted?

Hi,

For using the phone , we have released a function-show video . you can find on Blackview Youtube channel.

Then for how to insert the sim card, i will inform my colleague to make a short video.
