i have few issues using bv6000. just one month old .

1. if we missed the calls, the name appears slowly only after the numbers when we clock the call details.
its lagging to display the call detail immediately as it is blinking to display names after numbers!

2. message notifications opens only if we open the Application -namely whats app or vibor.
though the notifications are enabled.

( the phone- not popping out the message notification-though notifications are enabled-from vibor or whats app, notification pop out if only we open the Apps. very irritating )

3. icons are scattered and no provision to sort according to alphabetical.

4. no app search fecilty.

these issues are bothering so hesitating to recommend bv6000 to my friends.

1) I cant reproduce this. You could try to update to the latest Firmware and perform a factory reset in recovery after that.
2) Put that apps to the whitelist of background task clear or other energy saving settings
3+4) you can install an other launcher with that features over play store

I suggest using Evie launcher.. it allows you to have apps and desktop how you like, has no adverts and is very small and fast.
