Yesterday i make a OTA-Update to the Update BV60000 blackview v01 20161025 rd 19.7.2017.

After the phone makes the update, the touchscreen is not working.

I flash the phone with the Flashtool (and format) to the 022 version. But the problem with ihe touchscreen is the same. It is not working. Then i flash it to the 20170708_s12v55_jk_3m but it is the same again.....

Can you tell me what i shell do?

Try out flashing different versions and make a wipe/factoring reset after that. If it don't help please contact your seller for an exchange.
