Hi,
just from one day to another my internal speaker in BV6000 (Android Version 7.0) has stopped working. No alarm, no ringtone, no media, no loudspeaker during phone call.
After trying to find the reason for that I have decided to make factory reset, but the result is still the same, built-in speaker is not working. Do you have any hints how to fix this problem.

you can ask your seller for repair or replacement or buy a new speaker buy your own.

Edit: with the video you can also check the speakers connection. Lift the contacts and try if this will help
