As others have stated in here my phone also restarts during calls.
It has been doing it since the second to last update that was sent to me.
The last update did nothing but put un-removable worthless google apps in my phone, I would rather have this issue fixed as it is so annoying not only to me but the people I am talking to.
Sometimes it will do it two or three times during a call.
I have done a system reset and it made no difference, I cleared the cache in recovery mode, pretty much everything blackview and others have suggested.
Can you fix it blackview or not I mean really the phone is worthless like this or can I have it replaced under warranty??
Try not to take a year to reply as it is contrary to what you so called policy is on how long you take.

Right, the problem is the touch screen driver.
It happens on 0517 and 0708 firmware.
My touch screen works fine on 0414, but this firmware have a lot of other bugs.
I tried to use 0517 firmware with boot.img from 0414. Everything works except wi-fi.
I hope the touch screen driver will be fixed in the next update and ASAP.
Currently I see only one option - replace the touchsceen hardware to new one which works with latest drivers correctly.
Or replace the phone at all...

Most other users don't have this Issue any more with firmware 20170708. Please check if you both use this firmware and maybe try a factorey reset:

wipe data/factory reset in recovery (this will delete your data/settings):
- Power off and then press Power and Volume up together for around 10 Seconds
- be sure that the little arrow point on recovery (select with volume up, enter with volume down)
- Then the open android with red triangle+"no command" is shown press Power and Volume up together again
- Select Wipe data/factory reset with volume keys, confirm with power
- After factory reset select reboot system now

Please report if this solved your issue or not.

The problem is the discrepancy between the revision of the wheelbarrow and firewood to it.
In most cases, this problem with the phone of the first batch where the touchscreen of the following marking is set: FT5406_MT, VER: 0x1e.
From what I know on the revisions GT9XX_GESTURE, VER: 0x46 and GT9XX_GESTURE, VER: 0x82 there are no such problems !!!
In the first batch of phones, judging by the marking, the touchscreen from another manufacturer !!!
Forumchani "dismantled" boot.img from 20170708 and it only mentions a new touchscreen.

On all the firmware with touchscreen FT5406_MT, VER: 0x1e it was all right.
Only since 20170414 there were deterioration of sensitivity, and on 20170517 and 20170708 it became final to buggy and restart the phone.

If you are affected by this issue of restarting device when touching the screen for long time please try to update to the latest firmware and perform a factory reset after that. If that don't help please contact your seller to exchange the device. Sorry for this inconvenience.
