I had the same nuisance at the beginnig. Try to calibrate the proximity sensor.

If you are affected by this issue of restarting device when touching the screen for long time (may be during calls) please try to update to the latest firmware and perform a factory reset after that. If that don't help please contact your seller to exchange the device. Sorry for this inconvenience. (Only) if you don't receive help by the seller please contact us with all your buying details (shop, date, order-number, ...).

The problem of restarting devices during call is an issue with some touchscreens. It may be solved by up- or downgrade to not affected Firmware versions if you perform a factory reset in recovery after that. If the latest version don't work for you try out flashing older versions where you don't had this issue. If that really don't help you can exchange your device over the seller.

If your seller really don't help you please contact kelly@blackview.hk. Describe your issue exactly, refer to this post, and provide all informations about your buy/device (date, order number, seller, price, color, IMEI, communication with seller, ...)



So you are assuming that everyone that comes on here knows how to flash and all the rest of what you have written in here.
Seems to me that you are still putting the onus on the customer to fix your damned phones.
Really, expecting us to flash older versions just because your updates caused all this to our phones in the first place,
Why don't you fix your own mistakes instead of putting the onus on us??

Oh and what do I do for a phone while i'm waiting for you to exchange the crap I have already considering it took you several months just to send an new speaker.

We are just triying to help you. If you are not able to read the flashing guide or have other questions just ask instead of spread bad mood

Well if you want to help then send out a fix instead of putting the onus on me to repair after all it was your updates that did this. What do you mean send out bad mood, do you mean you don't want anyone to know what I think of your service?
