WiFI Connected, No Internet

Wed Jul 26, 2017 4:00 pm

Hullo, I just bought my BV6000 and connected to my WiFi to get the latest software update. It installed well, but since it has, the phone can no longer access the internet. It conects to the router no problem but then says there's no Internet connection - when there celarly is, as I can access it through other devices. I get the same results connecting to different routers. I've tried changing the router to 802.11b, g and all that, as well as changing the phone to static IP, but to no avail. Help would be much appreciated.

sometimes the devices mac address change when updating the firmware. Some routers block unknown mac addresses and its devices.

I have the same problem with the router and my BV6000 : connected but no internet access. I have checked every settings in the router, the device is linked with it, there is no mac filter activated on the router. I have also unlinked my device from the router then linked again but the problem still goes on.
It has appeared after the last setup yesterday.

Please try a factory reset:

wipe data/factory reset in recovery (this will delete your data/settings):
- Power off and then press Power and Volume-up together for around 10 Seconds
- be sure that the little arrow point on recovery (select with volume up, enter with volume down)
- Then the open android with red triangle+"no command" is shown - press Power and Volume up together again
- Select Wipe data/factory reset with volume keys, confirm with power
- After factory reset select reboot system now

Please report if this solved your issue or not.

I have the problem synonymous in mobile radio networks. Everything that helps with me is the activation and deactivation of the airplane mode.

Same problem here (Switzerland). Changing SSID on router, reset network settings & wiping data as described did not help.

Since ROM 20170708, I also encountered problems with the automatic Bluetooth connection to paired devices. There, disabling and enabling BT helps.

But how can I get a stable WLAN connection back??? :?:

-had you tried a factory reset after update?
-have your wifi network both 2,4Ghz and 5Ghz activated? if yes disable one of them.
