Bluetooth connection problem / Front camera mirrored

Hello! I live in germany and use 1 BV6000S since 1 year and a BV6000 since a half year. BV6000 on Android 7 and BV6000S on Android 6.
I am looking for solutions for the following problems:
On both devices the image of the front camera is mirrored. Main camera works fine. I could not find a setting that changes that. Factory Reset
has no effect. Any ideas?
On both devices i cant connect all my bluetooth-devices with the phone after its reboot. It means, for the bluetooth-Device the Phone seems to be unknown / new device after its reboot. I have to reconnect / recouple the bluetooth-device. Car Audio, Headphones, Speaker, same problem. F.e. in Car Audio a second "BV6000" appears in the list, after a restart a third etc. Other Phones works fine.
It affects both BV-devices. Does anyone have an idea what I can do about it?

The already mentioned problem with the freezing launcher3 I solved by installing another launcher. It affects only the Android 7-Device.

No one else has a mirrored frontcamera? I can not believe that... Other mobile phones have the problem synonymous, but also an option to rotate.

You could use apps like open camera with an option to mirror the picture.

I found out that the device has a different MAC address after each reboot. That is the reason why i have to re-pair it after every reboot in the WLAN and Bluetooth. Does anyone else have the problem or can I tell you how to solve it?
