I have a BV6000 bought less then one year ago. All of a sudden it downloaded a sw update and after that it could not be charded any longer.
It hence went shutting off and I cannot turn it on any more, nor does it work with any other chargers I tried.
I cannot access my files in the system either.
I need support to have it back working (still in guarantee).
Thanks for answering me and eventually suggesting where to send it for maintainance.

If that don't work please contact your seller for help first.

Didn t work also because I have 0% battery...
Any suggestions?
eventually where can I get assistance? any center in Switzerland?
Or where can I buy a new battery to run the phone and then upgrade the system?

hi, I´m sure your battery is not broken, it´s only deep down to 0%. You can try the following: use a pc with USB port (be sure the USB Port energy savings are off) and use your usb cable to connect the phone with pc USB port. Yes, it will not charge immediatly but give the battery 1-2 hours to come back to life. The USB port from pc charges with less power and mostly the deep down battery comes back to life again. If it charged a few minutes at pc port again, you can stop pc charging and use your charger to charge it up to 100% again. I´m sure it will solve your problem - it already rescued a lot of my and my friends devices. Pls reply us here!

HAllo! I opened the phone and there's a hardware problem with the wiring. Had to send the phone to repair at a private store.... asked me for more then a new phone...
No assistance from Blackview ... even if phone has less then 1 year...
