Seller refusing to warranty

Had a Led backlight go out on bottom left side and would like to Warranty it please.

sent emails and photos of phone defect and seller refuses to warranty and replace. would like a working phone or my money back. last msg he wanted me to buy a universal back light and put it in my self..he would pay the 2 or 3 dollars for it. Shame! This is a ip68 phone and I want a working one not one thats been opened up.

no local shop that would be cost effective. Please send replacement, once received I would be happy to send current device back.
