Hi,

I have a BV6000, bought in december 2016.

It is not charging anymore.

I use different usb cables dedicated to my BV6000. But the problem is still the same.
These cables are working on other cellphone.

I am in France, so please tell me how i can have a new USB module for my BV6000 or how you can fix it.

Be sure you used an original blackview cable with long connection part.
Maybe also try an software update+ factory reset.

If it don't help you could buy an usb module (for example on aliexpress) or ask your seller for helping with this.
