Try a factory reset. If that don't help you could reflash the ROM over PC or flashing an older version.

Still hang after reflash. i don't know why..

Please make sure the battery capacity is more than 20% before the flashing. You can try to reflash your phone again.

My battery is up 20%. I reflash twice and more, but still hàng and restart.
