Is there any update, wich fixs up problems with Bluwtooth low energy (Blutooth smart) connections?

My BLE-heartrate belt is shown in the list of connectable devices, but the phone dosen't connect to it if I try.

Since my last updat to Android Nougat, every BT-connection takes more time. In most cases i need a few tries to connect a BT-device.

My current Software Version is; BV6000_Blackview_V01_20161216

Try to upgrade to a new rom:

Problem solved.
But now I got a laggy home-button and a laggy Back-button

I am verry sad, the old BT-Problem is back again. It worked just two days. Can I somehow reset the Bluetooth settings? The BLE-device is shown in the list of connectable devices, but if try to connect --> "Communication with Bluetoothdevice is not possible".
