I would like to know if there are authorized repair centers around the world for Blackview products.

We don't have own repair centers in every country.

Alston is going to ship me a screen replacement however, I need installation instructions

BV has published the tutorial on replacing the front panel:
https://youtu.be/JFc-n5YXEzUTake care to move all parts. Battery and button panels and the lower board are mounted on adhesive. Be careful and patient.
