While replacing a SIM module, I twisted a screw too hard and broke it.

Half screw is in, so I cannot simply replace it.
Is there any place in Italy where I can bring the phone to be serviced?

And perhaps also have the Android 7 update applied by skilled people?

In the phone box, there are also several screws included and tools.

Yes, but half screw is inside the phone.. I need a tech who can extract the broken screw..

As far as I know there is no special Blackview repair store in Italy.
You could try to use a pointed pliers or going to a local mobile repair store.

You can purchase replacement back covers on aliexpress.
Sounds extreme but I think its the only option as I've not seen any screw extractors small enough.
And do it before you get the phone wet!
