Touch Screen issues

Ok... this is the second time i'm writing this, because for some reason my original post never made it to the forum. Strange. Anyway, I bought a BV6000 from aliexpress, it came last week and when I first booted it, I noticed that the touch was unresponsive, clumsy and at some points inexistent. I have to press real hard to have some input, because if I put my fingers in an ordinary fashion (like any other phone) the screen doesn't register anything at all. Its incredibly frustrating and time consuming trying to type anything, nearly to the edge of been unusuable. I just wanted to know if this maybe SW or HW related, because if there's anyone who has experienced this and fixed it through a flash update there's hope, but if it's HW related i'm in deep trouble, because that means sending the phone back to China. In the previous version of the phone (the BV 5000) I had a great experience, didn't thought for a second that i was going to be experiencing this kind of nuisance.
Any help would be grreatly apreciated...

In the dial interface, please type the *#*#114#*#* while enter into another interface, please send us the screenshot.
We will figure out the problem and find the solution.

And? any answers? Any help would be extremely apreciated, the phone it's on the brink of being unusuable

Have you tried reflashing the ROM, if you have then try taking the phone apart and resitting the displays cable

You can try to flash your phone using the below rom, and after doing this, while the touch panel is woring fine, you can flash back your current rom.
