Hello blackview,

since from the beginning I had malfunction issues with my phone:

I had to change OTG board my myself!
Since from the beginning the ecompass never worked
The speaker sounda like a can (I decided not to change because otg board exchange was hard and blackview or seller dont repair malfunctions)
since android 7 the touch screen is not working properly anymorr. The may update didnt solve it but producwd lagging all the time.
and finally wifi connection problems

the bv6000 is not a rugged phone. it is a pretender

I ask for a statement and root cuase analysis for all these problems. And I ask you what you are going to do to solve

Blackview admin should really pass our feedback to their engineers in order to release a firmware that just.. works!

airpressure sensor has a deviation of 5-10 percent to real air pressure

Strange thing too: I tried to post my problems with the phone month before but all posts were blocked or never released by blackview. but now i can post, really strange.

"airpressure sensor has a deviation of 5-10 percent to real air pressure" - which is not bad at all for the pure sensor. Every good barometer or altitude app calculates a correction factor from the air pressure at the closest airport (or other weather stations), so I am generally happy with my measurements.
