I can not really imagine the red colours you wrote about (is there a picture showing the differences?)
But I like the red phone on your picture! I could imagine it's perfect for fire-fighters.

How about Low Quality Red Light Red? Certainly red S6000(S) looks somehow distinct from CAT B15 so people may stop asking "do you have caterpillar?". But still, a phone is only as good as it is working and my trust to Blackview won't encourage me to another purchase. Even if I was asked to write to service@blackview.hk to get new screen panel I've got no response or my e-mail since March, 27. People who experienced speaker problem waited for new parts 6 months. No color will compensate these inconveniences (to speak politely). Some shade of brown would greatly match the shitty quality of Blackview.

I don't get all the angry people around here. You bought a chinese phone, from China, from online shops like Ali, or ebay...
From what I've seen Blackview are already trying to solve many things.

When I had problems with Samsung, they always pointed to the seller and got the same evasive answers.

When buying my BV6000 I had options. Buy from China (ALI, ebay... etc) for ~180-200USD, or buy from a local vendor (still online), from my country and pay 250+ USD.
I chose to buy from BV Romania, so there is a service center.. and so on. Waranty works by local laws... etc.

The fact that Blackview sent parts for people around the world is a sign of them wanting to fix things. I understand your frustration but I don't know what you expected.

Nevertheless, you should find the closest service center, see BV website, and try to comunicate/ send your phone to get it fixed.

PS. I like the red color, but still prefer my black BV.

I was just saying pretty much the same the other day. You buy an import, and it's pretty much a given before you start that you're taking a chance. Proper support just isn't feasible. Blackview do seem to make more of an attempt than most Chinese manufacturers to help too, even if it's not always helpful. :D At least they make some effort. From the moment I thought of ordering mine, I knew I'd be on my own if owt went wrong with it. It's just one of those things. If support, repair etc. are necessities, then people shouldn't honestly buy import gear. They know the risks. Just my two penneth. My phone has the odd quirk, but I love the damn thing regardless. :D

Another point that people need to remember is that for every person posting with a problem on a forum, there are probably a 100 or more people who have no problem with theirs. People don't generally post when everything is working fine.

Same for me!

I knew about the risks that come with an imported phone - maybe I'm one of the luckier ones, but I bought 3 (!) phones; one for myself and 2 for others - we have some issues like the sensors not being 100% accurate, but apart from that, the phones are working almost perfectly; we also have different colors - black, green and yellow.

I think if one of these phones ever have problems, I'd try to fix it myself or search for a local repair shop - it's much faster and more or less cheaper if you count in frustration, wait, costs and other things.

Regarding the color - I'd appreaciate the color shown on the image. But it'd be great if admin could show us samples of the colors mentionned ;)

Also, I'd be REALLY happy if there'd be a BV6000 Pro Edition with some nice enhancements like Notification LED, Fingerprint Sensor and FullHD Display :)
(Since I'm not convinced by successor BV7000 Pro)

dee~

I'm not fond of the 7000 either. NFC is another thing, as I believe they've dropped that on the 7000? Isn't there an 8000 in the pipeline too?
