Serious screen issue after update

Yesterday I installed android 7, using this link, given by blackview_admin:
viewtopic.php?f=142&t=119303&start=40#p301212The whole system worked more or less ok, although there was some issue concerning the three lower screen buttons touch sensitivity - it was way too low. I installed some apps, checked if everything works and then I left the phone charging through the night. Today I switch the phone on and the screen is very dark, especially at the edges, and there is some after-image when scrolling or changing screen orientation - I marked it with red circle in the picture. I reset factory settings - nothing changed. What the hell is that?? What am I supposed to do with that? The screen is hardly usable now!

Am I gonna get any help here? Blackview Admin?
I wrote to the online store, and they told me to downgrade to android 6. I did so, but it did not help.
I wrote to blackview service mail, Alston replied to get help help from online store.
What kind of service is that?

Is the back flat as is should be or is there a hump allowing the phone to swing freely on a table?

You mean the swollen battery thing? No, it is not the case here.

I am still waiting for some help here, this is serious issue and I cannot use the phone normally.
I am being totally ignored by the online shop as well as blackview service. This topic is also ignored by admin here, it looks like you really don't care about serious problem users experience with your phones. I paid almost 200 $ for a phone that is hardly usable after a few months. A company that cares about customers would never leave such an issue unresolved.

Please kindly note that, you can only update from "1" to "2" and to "3", can not skip "2" and directly from "1" to "3".
One way you can check your current version: with the wifi open, settings--about phone--wireless update(can see your current version)--check for updates( update to the latest version based on your current version).

This is not the problem we are discussing in this topic.
My problem is dark screen and after images, as I presented in the pictures at the beginning.

lOCAL UPDATE (again) fixed some problems at mine.
I overinstalled the update by local update again.
Since then the buttons are working fine again, the touchscreen as well.
