SPEAKER REPAIR for sound problem

My BV6000 has very very low sound coming out of the speaker. Alston at Blackview is kindly supplying a replacement speaker. Does anyone have experience with this repair? Is it possible that there is a OS bug or conflict that causes the sound to be so low? The sound can be heard when placing the speakerport against the ear and the quality is OK, not fuzzy. Any comments?

Hello,
Alston refused to send me another speaker because the end date
of the sends was on February 11th. Those who have problems with
their loudspeaker must manage on their own without Blackview.
Being sure that my message will still not broadcast.

Hello,

You will never get a working replacement if you should ever get what I got. The few they sent out was incomplete back shells with the new speaker glued in place. Other vital glued components was missing so it can never be used as a solution. It is clear that they never tried this fix themselves. Please see my more detailed post here:

I seriously doubt that they will ever send out a new batch with complete shells to backup their warranty. You are left alone sitting on a pole in the lake with this one. This is something that should end with legal actions and law suit. However, they will not stay in business for long anyway.

This is my last statement regarding anything produced by Blackview. I will NEVER EVER buy anything from them again EVER! Over and out.
