Camera switch botton disappeared, front cam not working!

Hi,
Last couple of weeks my camera switch button disappeared. It's gone from all apps that are using the camera (skype, messenger video calls, snapchat, selfie mode from the camera) when someone is calling me by video call the back camera is activating, but there is no way i can turn it back to the front one. Really annoying, especially if you are traveling often and u want to see your folks/friends etc...
My back camera works normally but my front camera is nowhere..
My phone is the BV6000
Android 7.0
