Random reboots

Fri Apr 21, 2017 12:52 pm

Hello,

since latest update, my phone sometimes reboots without any specific reason!

It happens when my phone is still on lockscreen; I try to unlock it, then, the Blackview bootlogo appears immediately and it instantly takes me to the homescreen without asking for my SIM PIN code!

It's REALLY REALLY annoying since some apps who use my external SD card talk about "read only space" - it get's solved whern I reboot the phone again

I dunno where to start troubleshooting and need help

I now started logging how many times the phone reboots.
Last reboot was 04/23/2017 10:43 PM - no reboot since

Normally it happens after hours of standby

What I changed since last unexpected reboot was deactivating:
  • HTML-Viewer
  • <Some Chinese App Name in Version 4.1>*
* for info: App Name is 网络位置 (Network Location)

EDIT: Attached Screenshot of said App

I did a local update using the ROM provided - let's see if it got fixed
I will report after a day or until next sudden reboot

But it'd be really helpful if we could get our hands on system logfiles - unfortunately, that only works with root permissions :?

Well, problem occured again!

So local update didn't help
I REALLY hope this get fixed, or I have to change phone (which is a real shame, since the hardware is really awesome, but the software ruins it)

Hello?!

The phone reboots EVERY 12 hours!! This is a SERIOUS issue and I want a solution for this!
If I had root, I could check the logfiles but NO; it could damage the phone!

I'm so disappointed with the support here
