I went to the 'Global Agents' page and found what seemed-to-be BV representative in my country:

BLACKVIEW Poland
ADD: Kolejowa 150, 62-064 Plewiska, Poland
company Name: 4Kraft Sp.zo.o.
Email:dimitry.mitiaiev@goclever.com

But....

Plewiska, Kolejowa 150 is the address of the logistic center of ARVATO company that doesn't look like doing anything with electronics,
4Kraft company is located elsewhere, in Wysogotowo, Skórzewska 35, and doesn't look like doing anything with electronics,
the contact name sound russian and its domain, goclever, is the name of polish smartphone manufacturer - not related with Arvato, 4Kraft and rather a competitor of BV (their Quantum 470 Pro RUGGED looks exactly like BV6000 but has less powerful specification: http://goclever.com/smartfon-quantum-470-rugged-pro).

Is it then real BV representative in Poland? It could be convent to contact with local BV representative to get service support.

Please find the customer support from where you bought your phone.

AE Smartphone Center says they may help only within 3 months since purchase. So I won't find the customer support there (all they offer now is a link to where I can buy new battery but now I lost haptic sensory in my previously framed screen - and useless phone after less than 6 months ).

Goclever is selling BV6000S within Poland under its own name Goclever Quantum 470 Rugged Pro.
