We published notice on FB , sending email to service@blackview.hk before January, after verification you can get free replacement about speaker accessories.
On FB notice it has mentioned deadline.

Zapomnij, że skleją po polsku. Tył obudowy możesz kupić na aliexpresie. Miesiąc czekania i będzie. Wiem, ze wolałbyś wymianę gwarancyjną, ale ludzie czekają na części miesiącami.

Forget the will understand Polish. Back of the case yo may buy on Aliexpress. One month waiting is better than few months the people usually wait for warranty replacement parts.

I've just ordered front and battery at Aliexpress after trying to get support for almost 2 months (see viewtopic.php?f=142&t=112164). BV hides behind sellers that don't apply one year warranty the BV says their phones have. Forget the support.

Hello, I have a BV6000 since July 2016 with a mediocre sound of the rear speaker
. Seen this topic, the new speakers are better qualities or it is a chance of two
to fall on the same speaker quality as that sold with the original smartphone ??
