Hello everyone, please follow the below steps:
"Go to settings--> apps
Enable system apps (right corner)
Then scroll to ""HTMLViewer""
Open it and set to ""disable""
make sure you remove these kind of apps.

Tried this and still getting popups.

No longer getting unwanted games installing tho

You could try factory reset or flash a clean rom before disable the HTMLViewer.
