broken display - warranty?

Hi BV!
The display of my BV6000 broke when I dropped it from my pocket. The dealer said it was not covered by warranty, which is hard to believe after having seen the promo videos on youtube. Could you please advise?

Hi!
I already did it, they said the display is not covered by warranty if broken. That's why turned to you, to get a statement from the manufacturer: does the warranty of your "indestructible" phone cover the damage of the display if it's dropped from cca. 60cm?

Hello again!
Still looking forward to your confirmation about the warranty diverting display as well. I'm afraid otherwise I can't convince the dealer to make further steps.

Although advertised in the Blackview Youtube channel (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eXWucisXgoU for example) as having an ultra resistant display, the same happened to me... :o

Bought it in July 2016 to Amazon seller Tri-Color (order number 402-5894535-3311505) and got in contact with the seller, but without any reply

If you bought over Amazon marketplace and the seller don't react for guaranty questions you can apply for getting your money back over amazon a-z guaranty. I am sure you will get your money back and can buy a new phone (maybe bv7000pro?)

The Amazon A-Z Warranty is just covering the first 3 months, not the whole year of warranty.

I contacted directly the seller 3 times, Amazon about the A-Z Warranty, now again Amazon explaining the seller doesn't answer at all, so Amazon has just written them as well, let's see if we get more lucky.

On the other hand, in some other threads Admin mentioned they'll get in touch with the seller in similar cases where the seller was not answering, or directly managed the replacement with the customer, so expecting the same behaviour in this case, but Admin doesn't answer in this thread, nor at my PMs, nor at my emails at service@blackview.hk

By the way, except from this, very happy with my BV6000
