Phone wont boot

Hi
I bought a BV6000 on Amazon.ca in December.
The phone has developed an issue and won't boot.
The boot screen shows the Blackview logo but then never boots, then the screen goes black then shows the logo and so on.
Is the phone covered under warranty?

Can you help me?

Hi friend, before this happened, did you do something or setting on your phone?

HI
I didn't do anything, but some apps updated from the google store.

It just rebooted it self and hasn't come back to life since :-(

Hi - the phone now wont even turn on.

Can Blackview PLEASE PLEASE help me?

I need a replacement phone as this just doesnt work.

My phone doesn't work.
I believe it is covered by warranty, can you please fix this for me?
I own three Blackview phones and was considering buying another.
If your support cannot help me though i will go with another vendor.

PLEASE HELP ME

Have you checked if the phone is out of power or can not be charged?
How long have you used your phone, if this is the damage issue, you can check with the re-seller if the phone is still covering warranty time.

The phone reboots to that screen then turns off, that is all it does.

If i leave it plugged in it just loops like that for ever.

If i unplug it eventually runs out of battery and turns off.

I bought this off Amazon.ca, but the vendor is no longer active and cannot be contacted - so you are my only hope.

Can you help me or not?

Please advise soonest, as I need this fixed and I also need another new phone for my wife.

If you guys don't support your handsets, then i will go and buy a different brand
