Can anyone help me to solve this problem ?
My BV6000 is on nougat version and its build number is V01_20161216, my camera has suddenly stooped working then it's working again with some problem, the rear camera is not working and the front one is rolled back 180 degrees, however the rare one is not able to be accessed because the option has disappeared since the camera app was crashed

no, i didn't do anything, my bv has got android N from the first time I bought
now my bv has been downgraded to Marsmellow but the camera still the same
then what should I do to access its camera ?
