I have got BV6000 with software build number V01_20161011.
I have not installed any ROM with Local update yet.
I have problem getting into recovery mode using Volume Up + Power button.
When I click "Check for updates" I see "Your system is currently up to date". What can I do?
I tried sending message via Feedback, but haven't had any reply till now.
In my past experiences with flashing stock ROMs in androids I was not able to use any of the hotel/cab booking services because it would show that there are already 2 accounts made on the same phone. Fearing that would happen again I am not flashing this device. Is there a reason why that happened?

there is no current update for V01_20161011 as long as you have the October Kernel adrois 7 is not out yet...
for the hard rest and installation another ROM manual keep pressing the power + (vol Up) and re press them after the android cadaver appears

After pressing the Volume up + power buttons to go into recovery mode. I only see the android robot with 'No Command' written below it. And even after again pressing the power button or the vol up + power button the same screen appears. And i have to no other option but to reboot the phone.
Any suggestions?

try restoring factory setting first and then tying again
