Vibration Motor stopped working! this is now the second defect

two weeks ago, as I remeber, the vibration function of my BV6000 stopped to work.
I have installed an app to directly test the vibration function, same result no vibration at all.
I have reset the phone to factory defaults, same issue here, no vibration at all.
The second issue is the speaker as already often has been complained. I have ordered an exchange speaker from Blackview directly in Janunary and I am still waiting for the part. I have to admit that I am not pretty amused about the qualitiy of these "low level" parts.
The phone is now 5 months in use, sepeaker breakdown after 3 months and now the vibration motor after 5 months, not quite a good reputation for a so called ruged smartphone

Hi friend,
1. Did you close the vibration accidently ?
2. Hi friend, thanks for getting in touch. We will continue processing this replacement which happened before January 2017 (We published notice on FB , sending email to

On FB notice it has mentioned deadline, we already started to ship these accesories, but need to be done in batches), now has been sent 58 yellow and 94 green mobile speaker accessories, the tracking number will be notified the consignee by email.

1. Vibration Motor: no it stoped working from one day to the other, there was no damage or abnormal use or abuse.
2. I claimed the request before end of January and i attended to this replacement programe you have mentioned above. I got the conformation from blackview that the speaker will be sent out in February. now its end of march, what is so dificult to send out the parts? Even if you send it with the cheapest post shippement it should not longer take than 25 working days!!!! what do you mean with need to be done in batches? why it need to be done in batches? I just need one speaker and not a batch of speakers...
I would be still satisfied with the BV6000 but with these two hardware issues it makes a bad picture about this smartphone. In the past years I never had hardware issues with speakers or vibrations motors.

When is soon? please give an estimate like 1 week, 1 month, 1 year
Look at the first post, its a BV6000 model in black with the latest Andorid 7 Blackview release
today it was partly vibrating but it stopped suddenly again, it seems to be a loose connection of the vibration function

After 5 Months i finally received the rear cover of my BV6000 with a new speaker!
BUT!!!!!!! what I have received is a total joke. A plain cover without Camera Lense, Flash light, vibration motor , NFC Antanna and Bluetooth Antenna (assumption)

This part is useless!!! all peripheral parts are missing and I am not an assembly personal which is allowed or trained to interchange these needed parts.
Blackview you SUCK, this is the worst customer support which I ever have seen. Not even you are incompetent to solve your design flaws its even worse you are not even able to deliver a proper exchange part.
I was very patient till now but this is way to much. With this kind of products and this kind of customer service you will never get any foot into the western economic world.

You may be right! But try to relax a bit. Make the best of things.
If you have a little hw know how then you can try this:
Disassemble the back of the phone, carefully cut out the glue around the old speaker, do the same with the part they sent, just swap the speaker not the whole back cover.
Remember to use some silicone when installing the speaker in the case.
Use this oportunity to check your battery connector and since you have problems with vibrator motor, clean it's contacts and bend them a little so they press more on the board when the phone is assembled.
If you are not a tech guy then take it to any service and mention the silicone part. Maybe even provide it for them
Also check out the video tutorials on how to change parts on bv6000. You can find them on this forum and/or on youtube.
Good luck

Are you kidding me? Relax? Is this your true and honest opinion about a proper customer service? If yes take of your rose colored glasses, customer service does not mean to actually refurbish the exchange part or spend additional money to let somebody else repair my phone.
Further more if you look at Blackviews disassembly Youtube video, this cover is a complete sub-assembly which will not be further disassembled
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9yLEemeXFnY so tell me why should I handicraft on something with the risk of damaging components which are actually working or refurbish my old cover and risking the damage of the new speaker during this operation? Who guaranties the water tightness when i glue the speaker by my self? Tell me why should this be my task to repair something which is proven that this is a serial problem of Blackview
I wouldn't have complained about this if I would have received a complete sub-assambly but this behavior of Blackview is a personal disgrace.
