NO SIM CARD message [Brand New BV6000]

Hi everyone,

I just received my BV6000 and was super happy about it, till it tried to make it work...
I keep having the no sim card message, although i tried to :

Restart the phone
update the firmware
restart the phone and use the other slot
use the factory reset
restart the phone again.
i am on French network FREE.

I put back my sim in my former phone and it works like a charm so i really think the problem comes from the BV6000.
Would anyone have any intel before i send it back and go buy an iPhone with a lifeproof case :( ?

Hi friend, please check if the sim card is connected well with the slot?

See if your IMEIs are correct.

I have the same problem, plus external speaker not working too.

How do I fix these problems?

had same problem, then downloaded firmware file to fix but BRICKED phone instead
