Hi all, I too have had a loudspeaker die on me and a friend also had this problem and bought another back for his bv6000 and yes its fixed, he had two so he let me have one and so I replaced the back on my phone and yay I have sound again. I was so happy but not for long. Since changing the cover my mobile signal has decreased so much I can hardly make a call, in the house its impossible and before it was fine, outside, if I walk around, I might get enough signal to call but not often. Everything was put back exactly how the other cover went on and I didnt touch anything inside the phone.
Please help as I have no idea what to do now.

Hi friend, can you please tell your location and send the video or picture for reference?

My location is Australia and the provider I use sends a very strong signal, but the phone is now not receiving it. I dont have a camera besides the phone and a video wouldnt show anything that could help as it shows a 3g or 4g signa on the screen but the phone doent work properly now and inside my house it doesnt recieve calls or messages.. What I need to know is,by taking off the back cover can it disrupt the antenna or the signal?
