Hi all, I too have had a loudspeaker die on me and a friend also had this problem and bought another back for his bv6000 and yes its fixed, he had two so he let me have one and so I replaced the back on my phone and yay I have sound again. I was so happy but not for long. Since changing the cover my mobile signal has decreased so much I can hardly make a call, in the house its impossible and before it was fine, outside, if I walk around, I might get enough signal to call but not often. Everything was put back exactly how the other cover went on and I didnt touch anything inside the phone.
Please help as I have no idea what to do now.

Hi, I dont have a camera I only use my phone for taking pic etc and I dont think a video can show a loss of sigmal, what I want to know is , by taking off the back cover coulssd it dislodge something to do with the phone antenna? or could it upset something inside? i need an answer as my phone is virtually useless as it is! please help
