My proximity sensor only goes to about 150 value in engineer mode. Screen doesnt go off when having a phone call. This is the BIG problem, because the screen in TOO SENSITIVE, like the glove mode doesnt work, ON or OFF it is exactly the same. The screen makes touch from distance of 1mm (finger-LCD). Too sensitive. Its a torture to use during a call since my face is pressing everything on the screen.

The phone runs 1011 software version and its stable, but installs a LOT of malware onto my phone, various spam apps. Looks like it comes from FOTA task in the background. The phone is green, dealer didnt want to sell me the yellow one since it "had some camera issues".

Im From Slovenia. Thinking to send the phone back to "atop_service" to get a replacement or not have Blackview anymore. I dont think i can count on warranty from china, as it usually doesnt go well from Europe.

If anyone knows how to settle proximity issues and LCD over sensitivity, please help, im about to give up on this phone. Gyroscope doesnt work either. Preferred network list cant be changed. Issue after issue with this phone.


Blackview, you are censoring my posts on this forum continously, and havent help one bit with my questions in the past, and im getting sick of this phone since its very hard to use with all these defects.

I just hope ill be able to get a fully working replacement with 1011 firmware since its very stable and i wouldnt want to risk it with newer less stable builds.

I like the hardware aspect of this phone very much, its very well made and its very powerful regarding processor, RAM, GPS and so on.

I have exactly the same problems and my phone runs last version 20170708.

Hello admin please try to solve the proximity issue and high sensitivity in screen issues. It's a pain for us to use like this black view bv6000 as cheap phones are better than this.

Many issues like that one with the screen had been fixed with firmware 20171011.

Some are, but proximity issues can have different reasons. For some users it was a hardware issue: they turned a plastic part in front of the sensor around to fix it.
