BV6000 speaker issues are processing in batches.

Hi, friends. We will continue processing this problem which happened before January 2017 (We published notice on FB , sending email to service@blackview.hk before January 2017, after verification you can get free replacement about speaker accessories. On FB notice it has mentioned deadline, we already started to ship these accessories, but need to be done in batches), now we has sent 58 yellow mobile speaker accessories, the tracking number will be notified the consignee by email.

Thanks for all your patience on waiting.

As for other issues about BV6000, we already reported to the related department, any update we will share on our official forum. Thanks.

What should I do if my speaker stopped working after January? I have issues since couple of days (I bought my phone in July 2016) in January it was working great so I had no reason to apply for speaker change. I'm based in Poland (I wrote you specific details of my issue in an email sent to: service@blackview.hk)
