Can't turn phone on / Can't get past "Blackview" Screen

I was using my phone while charging when it suddenly turned off. Ever since that happened I couldn't turn it on nor charge it properly. Whenever I have it plugged either to an outlet (using the original charger) or connected to a laptop, it shows the two symbols attached. I'm not exactly sure what they represent but they don't look normal to me. They alternate -- one will pop up, the phone will go dark, then the other one will pop up over and over again if plugged in. If not plugged in, my phone more often than not will not turn on, but if it does, as soon as the blackview logo flashes, it will turn off a few seconds later, i never get past that. My attempts at hard resetting haven't been going well also. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Please check the battery is connected well to make sure it can be charged successfully.

Hi! Sorry if it seems like an ignorant question, but how will i know if it is "connected well"?

Hi! How will I know if the battery is "connected well"? I've never opened the phone yet nor tinkered with the insides, but is there any reference as to how it should be connected?

Hi, I know the charger is working because I tried it on other devices, but how do I know if the battery is "well connected"?
