my phone was bought in May last year ,, the speaker is not working !!! so can I have the phone replaced ???

I bought my BV 6000 in August 2016 from Antique China 2009 on Ebay. The sound no longer works. How can I get this phone repaired please. If the guarantee is 1 year then it is still in the guarantee period.

My BV6000 is about 6 months old. I bought it from Antiquechina 2009 /TomTop but they are not helping with my request to honour the guarantee. I only need a new speaker to make the sound work again. Will you help please?

I purchased a BV6000 from Antiquechina2009 AKA tomtop in Aug. 2016. The sound no longer works and I need a replacement speaker in order to repair my phone. Blackview have advised me that the seller (TomTop) is responsible to honour the guarantee. I have written to TomTop at their various websites and to their different names several times. I have sent proof of purchase and have included my address and the tracking number registered when the phone was sent to me. I ONLY NEED A SPEAKER TO REPAIR MY PHONE.

Can you help please. Can you send a speaker to me please?
