7.0 update

Is it worth it guys?

I'm in Canada and not getting an OTA update, still on 20161011. Wondering if I should bother upgrading it manually or just leave it alone?

For the record, everything is fine. No issues other than the shitty speaker which I have two coming. (Found out about the warranty replacement hours after ordering a SECOND replacement.)

If you have phone that works don't update. 7.0 have so many bugs that it's better to wait and hope Blackview fix it.

Sounds like 6.0 update for the bv5000 all over again then. Thanks.

Curious how the bv7000 pro is...

Same here, apart from a slight increase in power consumption, everything is working smoothly.

How did you install it? OTA and factory reset? Is bluetooth working? How about Sygic navigation, does it work?

For getting the Update on 7.0 you need first the 025 Version of Android 6

I did it with OTA
No Factory reset
is working well, my alarms are deleted
to times Problems with play store after updates no problems
sometimes the battery-level is sinking very quickliy
but still enough power for two days with all time Wifi or 4G on

OTA, everything is working. Though I'm not using Sygic but Google Maps for navigation.

Sygic doesn't work with this 7.0.
If you happy with 6.0, stay on it, like me.
There are no benefits on 7.0.
I'm back on 6.0.
