Hello,

I bought a BV6000 on Amazon at the end of January. I am very happy with it and it is a great phone.

However, since a few days, the microphone stopped working correctly. When I make a call to someone, they can't hear me anymore. When I try to record a video it won't work either. You can hear a sizzling sound, and sometimes there's another sound, like there's wind (?) while I am inside, at my house, trying to record some music, but that's it. You don't hear the music at all. I tried to record myself talking, and you can hear the sizzling sound instead of my voice. You don't hear my voice at all, just this weird sound.

I downloaded a MTK Engineering app and I changed a bit of settings at random (I have to admit I don't really understand all the menus), and it worked, but then it came back to not working... I tried to format my phone, and the mic came back (you could still hear the weird noise behind though) and now it's back to not working as well.

Does anyone have any idea on how to fix this ? It's really annoying as I make calls a lot fo my work...

We have the same problem on our phones after the Android 7 upgrade.
Sound is very soft for people when you call them.
Is it a software problem or hardware?

I have the same problem. Bought new phone bv6000s last week off amazon. On thursday a requested android update and the mic stopped working, tried the engineers suggested volume adjustment but doesn't work. any ideas how to fix this.

Try a factory reset or to disable "OK Google" feature.
