Upgrade problem (FOTA 7.0)

Hi,
the upgrade is hanging at the step "unpacking". I tried twice - same problem. Any ideas without flashing?

Wait? Mine took a long time to unpack, eventually updated fine.

I got an error during the upgrade process in boot mode.

Won't you try to delete the app cache, junk files, etc. with an app cleaner.
